BLUM TAXONOMY-AS AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR MASTERING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHING MATERIALS

This article analyzes the role and significance of Bloom’s taxonomy in the effective appropriation of elementary-grade teaching materials. The three main domains of Bloom taxonomy – Cognitive, Affective, and psychomotor-are scientifically substantiated by the fact that students serve as an important theoretical-methodological basis in the process of acquiring knowledge, emotionalvolitional development, and the formation of practical skills. In particular, while the cognitive domain ensures that students bring knowledge from recall to the level of their analysis and creative application, the affective domain serves to shape their interest, value and attitudes towards reading, while the psychomotor domain allows the read material to be harmonized with written and oral activities. Taking into account the age and psychological characteristics of elementary students, the article reveals the scientific and methodological approaches to organizing classes on the basis of the bloom taxonomy, as well as the advantages of their application in pedagogical practice
