STUDYING THE DISTRIBUTION OF EPIPHYTIC MICROORGANISMS LIVING IN THE PARTS OF THE COTTON PLANT AND GROWING THEM IN A NUTRIENT MEDIUM
The article provides information on the research conducted in the farms "Alpomish Avlodlari" and "Baraka" in the Shorchi district
of Surkhandarya region. Microbiological, biotechnological, and experimental methods were used in the research. Cotton plants
play an important role in the economy of the republic. Epiphytic bacteria found in the plant serve to increase its productivity.
During our research, information was provided on the family of these epiphytic bacteria and their characteristics, as well as on the
methods for identifying and isolating various epiphytic bacteria living in cotton parts. Keywords: Microorganisms, epiphytic
bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, Pseudomonas sp, Enterobacter agglomerans
