The article examines the formation and development of art and culture in the Parthian Empire from the 3rd century BCE to the 3rd century CE, as well as its influence on Eastern and Western civilizations. Architectural traditions, sculpture, wall paintings, metalwork decoration, religious and secular ceremonial arts, and the synthesis processes that emerged due to the influence of Hellenistic culture are analyzed.
