The article scientifically analyzes the issues of cooperation with Central Asian countries, the content and essence of the "Consultative Meetings of the Heads of State of Central Asia", established since 2017, and their results in the fields of regional security, trade and economic integration, transport and logistics, and humanitarian affairs, among the priorities of the foreign policy of New Uzbekistan. It is argued that this format is forming a new political culture in the region - a system of dialogue based on the principles of consultation, mutual trust, and openness
