SOCIAL-LEGAL STATE AND SOCIALLY ORIENTED MARKET ECONOMY: MUTUAL RELATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS
This article analyzes the social and philosophical roots of the social state, along with the social and legal state and its socially
oriented market economy, mutual relations and development prospects. The author reveals the interaction between the state and
people in the social state. The strengthening of social ties between the state and people in the social state is noted. The article
scientifically highlights the need to preserve national values and strengthen the spiritual environment in the construction of a social
and legal state in Uzbek society. The author makes suggestions on the need to pay special attention to the market economy in the
construction of a social and legal state.
