This article analyzes the role and importance of the national sport of Kurash in improving the physical fitness of university students.
The study examines the effectiveness of modern pedagogical technologies for teaching Kurash techniques and tactics, specifically
the modular teaching system and the use of action games. The article scientifically substantiates the impact of Kurash training on
studentsʼ morphofunctional state, psychological stability, and the formation of national values. Based on the results, practical
recommendations have been developed for organizing Kurash classes for students.
