INDUKSIYALANGAN QANDLI DIABET VA AUTOIMMUN TIREOIDITNING KALAMUSHLARNING AYRIM FIZIOLOGIK KO‘RSATGICHLARIGA TA’SIRINI SOLISHTIRMA TAHLILI
This article presents a comparative analysis of the effects of induced diabetes mellitus and autoimmune thyroiditis on certain physiological parameters in rats. Under conditions of experimental diabetes mellitus and autoimmune thyroiditis, body weight, pancreatic weight, α-amylase activity, and triglyceride levels were determined and comparatively evaluated. The results showed that in diabetes mellitus (a 19.7% decrease in body weight and an 18% decrease in pancreatic weight) and in autoimmune thyroiditis (a 7.16% decrease in body weight and a 21.6% decrease in pancreatic weight), morphometric parameters were lower compared to the control group. In both pathological conditions, pancreatic α-amylase activity was reduced, whereas triglyceride levels were increased. The obtained findings indicate significant metabolic and enzymatic disturbances associated with these experimental models.
