STRUCTURE AND MELIORATIVE STATE OF SOIL COVER OF IRRIGATED AND UNIRRIGATED TERRITORIES OF THE SMALL DELTA OF KYZKETKEN-CHIMBAY

small delta, soil cover structure, collector basin, elevations and depressions, surface runoff, relief plasticity, irrigated and non-irrigated territories.

This article, for the first time, examines the melioration state of the soil cover structure of the non-irrigated and irrigated territories
of the Kyzylketken-Cimbay small delta based on the "Relief plasticity" method. If in irrigated territories the melioration state of
the soil cover structure in collector basins changes systematically, then in non-irrigated territories the melioration state of the soil
cover structure changes in the order from the upper part of the "branching" points to the lower part. Conducted research shows that
the melioration state of soil cover structure is mainly related to relief elements and structures. Along with this, the melioration state
of the soil cover structure is also related to the elements of the "Geochemical landscape."
