This article examines the geographical location of the Bukhara region, the natural and anthropogenic landscapes of the area, and their formation throughout evolutionary processes. It presents reflections on the interrelationship between natural and artificial landscapes of the region. The natural complexes of Bukhara are shaped by the interaction of relief, climate, water resources, soil, vegetation, and wildlife. In landscape studies, the interconnection of these components is analyzed based on a geosystem approach.
