The article examines the 21st century as an era of globalization and the development of international relations, in which the
importance of cultural and humanitarian ties in interstate interactions is increasing. In particular, cultural diplomacy serves as an
effective instrument for strengthening a state's international prestige and cooperation through its historical heritage, cultural
values, and artistic potential. From a scholarly perspective, the article analyzes the new stage of Uzbekistan’s cultural diplomacy
with the countries of Central Asia, its strategic directions, and its impact on regional integration. The article also explores the
practical forms and future prospects of cultural diplomacy.
