BO‘LAJAK JARROHLARDA AMALIY KASBIY KOMPETENSIYALARNI RIVOJLANTIRISH ZARURATI VA UNING PEDAGOGIK MUAMMO SIFATIDAGI TALQINI
This article examines the necessity of developing practical professional competencies among future surgeons and interprets this issue as a pedagogical problem in modern medical education. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing complexity of surgical procedures, higher requirements for the quality of medical care, and the need to ensure patient safety. The study analyzes contemporary approaches to surgical education based on competency-based learning, integration of theoretical knowledge with practical training, and the use of innovative pedagogical technologies.
