MODERN APPROACHES TO DEVELOPING STUDENTS' PERSONAL AND CREATIVE ABILITIES
This article examines current trends in the development of students' personal and creative competencies at higher education
institutions in Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to current educational reforms, the introduction of innovative teaching
methods, including design thinking, and the development of creative thinking and independent learning skills in young people.
State educational standards, graduate qualification requirements, the role of faculty, and modern approaches to teaching that
promote the development of individual creative competencies are analyzed. The need for systematic and targeted development of
creative competence, its importance for students' personal development, and its contribution to the sustainable development of
society and the country's economy are emphasized
