This article conducts a systematic analysis of the information dissemination mechanisms of Uzbekistan's regional publications
based on scientific sources. It extensively covers the historical development of publications, their theoretical interpretations, and
digital transformation, as well as the activities of printed publications in the Kashkadarya region under modern digital
communication conditions. The processes of collecting and delivering information by district and city newspapers on local news
and socio-cultural issues are revealed through comparative analysis. The article pays special attention to the genre diversity of
publications, print-digital channels, legal foundations, and their important role in society.
