This article examines the importance of Rhythmic Gymnastics exercises in increasing the physical activity and expanding the motor
capabilities of preschool and primary school-aged girls who participate in sports and health-improving groups at sports schools.
Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, the study highlights the influence of rhythmic gymnastics
exercises on the morphofunctional development of the child’s body, as well as on the formation of physical qualities and motor
skills.
