This article analyzes the life of the Polish diaspora in post-war Uzbekistan. The diaspora during this period consisted primarily of
the descendants of Poles who had settled there since the 19th century, but primarily of Polish citizens who remained after World
War II. Among them were special settlers deported during the war, the "Andersovites," and others. This publication will focus on
their rehabilitation and adaptation to the new Soviet conditions.
