This article provides a philosophical analysis of the role of technology and philosophy in the development of humanity in the
21st century, using the GeoEye-1 satellite as a case study. It explores new stages in the expansion of human cognitive abilities
and the perception of space and time. The concept of “observation” is reconsidered, and the issue of information acquisition
through space-based interpretation is discussed. The views of philosophers such as René Descartes, Michel Foucault, Plato,
Pythagoras, and Immanuel Kant are also reinterpreted in the context of modern technologies.
