O‘ZBEKISTONDA DAVLAT BOSHQARUVIDA XALQ ISHTIROKINING IJTIMOIY-FALSAFIY PARADIGMASI

This article analyzes the socio-philosophical foundations of public participation in state governance in Uzbekistan and its role in contemporary democratic processes. The study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of state–society relations, citizens’ participation in decision-making processes, and the development of public oversight institutions. The expansion of public participation is analyzed in relation to the legitimacy of state authority, as well as the transparency and accountability of governance. The legal foundations supporting the development of civil society are also examined. The results of the study demonstrate that expanding public participation in state governance is an essential condition for democratic development.
