This article analyzes the nosogeographic situation of Kokand city and its territorial features based on statistical data for 2015-
2024. The spatial distribution and dynamics of infectious and respiratory diseases were examined across family polyclinics. The
findings indicate that disease prevalence is closely related to population density, urbanization level, environmental pressure,
sanitary conditions, and socio-economic factors. In several territories, consistently high morbidity rates suggest the formation of
epidemiological hotspots. The study substantiates the need to improve territorial healthcare policy and strengthen preventive
measures based on a nosogeographic approach.
