The article presents a system of comprehensive diagnostic tools for assessing the effectiveness of resocialization of difficult-to-educate young people aged 14–19 years. This system includes tests and questionnaires adapted for three age groups (14–15, 16–17, 18–19 years) consisting of 48, 53, and 59 questions respectively, observation cards for educational psychologists (10 criteria), mahalla representatives (9 criteria), and police inspectors (9 criteria), a parent interview template (8+2 questions), and an expert assessment sheet (5-point scale). The internal reliability of all tools is confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α = 0.79–0.93), and convergent validity is confirmed by a high correlation between the legal consciousness index and the scores of the observation cards (r=0.63–0.78; p<0.01).
