SPORT KURASHIDA MUSOBAQA FAOLIYATI OPERATIV TAHLILI ASOSIDA SPORTCHILARNING TEXNIK-TAKTIK VA KOORDINATSION TAYYORGARLIGINI NAZORAT QILISH
This article presents a system for monitoring athletes’ technical-tactical and coordinative preparedness in sport wrestling based on the operational analysis of competitive activity. The study examined the effectiveness of executed technical actions during competition, the speed of tactical decision-making, and indicators of coordinative stability. The obtained results demonstrated that operational analysis has high diagnostic value in assessing athletes’ preparedness level and optimizing the training process
