STRUCTURAL AND SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPONENTS OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL RESILIENCE OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OFFICERS
The article examines the essence of psychological resilience among law enforcement officers and analyzes its structural and sociopsychological components. Personal, emotional, motivational, and communicative factors ensuring psychological resilience under
stressful and extreme service conditions are highlighted. The significance of psychological resilience in maintaining professional
effectiveness and stress resistance is substantiated.
