This article is devoted to teaching students and teachers the importance and purpose of working with regulatory documents in the
educational process and increasing the value and effectiveness of performing discipline. The article shows the importance of working with normative documents and the introduction of discipline in the educational process, and tells professors and teachers what steps need to be taken to develop the educational process. It also provides information on how to help students absorb and analyze their own information, and the importance of developing students' independent thinking and discussion skills in the process. In general, this article reveals important issues related to the effective and efficient organization and development of the educational process and helps students develop their knowledge and skills
