This article presents a scientific study of a silver dinar minted in the city of Kish (present-day Shahrisabz, Kashkadarya region, Uzbekistan) during the reign of Ala al-Din Muhammad II of the Khwarazmian dynasty (AD 1200–1220 / AH 596–617). The coin, weighing 5.1 grams and measuring 26 mm in diameter, is described in full detail on both obverse and reverse. The Arabic inscriptions - including the shahada (Islamic declaration of faith), the title of Abbasid caliph al-Nasir li-Din Allah, the ruler's laqab, and the mint and date indications - are fully transcribed and translated. The article also examines the historical role of the Kish mint in medieval Mawarannahr, the Khwarazmian monetary reforms, and political relations with the Abbasid Caliphate. A comparative analysis with international numismatic catalogues (Album Islamic, Numista, SNA Tübingen) is conducted.
