This article analyzes the composition, historical and cultural significance, and exhibition potential of the archaeological collections related to foreign countries preserved in the holdings of the Samarkand State Museum-Reserve. The collections comprise archaeological artifacts originating from the territories of Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and China. They constitute an important body of material evidence for the study of trade relations, migration processes, religious influences, the development of craftsmanship, and the exchange of architectural traditions between Central Asia and its neighboring regions during Antiquity and the Middle Ages.
