This article examines the social transformation of entrepreneurial activity in the context of the digital economy from a socio-philosophical perspective. The study explores the impact of digitalization processes on entrepreneurial activities, social relations, economic values, and business culture. It also highlights the role of e-commerce, digital platforms, innovative technologies, and artificial intelligence in entrepreneurial activity. The findings demonstrate that the digital economy is strengthening the significance of entrepreneurship not only as an economic phenomenon but also as an important social institution
