In this article, the deprivation of the right to vote in Turkestan in 1907-1917 years, 1.2.3. duma we can see the restriction of
voting rights in relation to Turkestan at the meetings of the State Duma, the fact that the actual proposals were not taken into
account, and the election legislation was violated at all the meetings held above. In addition, we can see that they are urged to
reduce the number of participants from Turkestan as much as possible in the activities of each Duma meeting. We can see that all
the ideas in it are aimed at strengthening the Russian Empire.
