HUQUQIY ONGDA QADRIYATLAR VA ONGLI HARAKATLAR UYG‘UNLIGI
This article analyzes the socio-philosophical foundations of the harmony between values and conscious actions in legal consciousness. The structural components of legal consciousness, the influence of legal values on individual behavior, and their role in the formation of legal culture are examined. The study also reveals the dialectical relationship between legal values and conscious activity in the process of legal consciousness development. The findings substantiate the social significance of legal consciousness in the development of a democratic society and identify priority directions for its improvement
