PARTICIPATION OF UZBEK WOMEN IN SOCIO-ECONOMIC LIFE DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR

During the Great Patriotic War, women of Uzbekistan made a significant contribution to preserving agriculture, fulfilling cotton
production plans, and ensuring food security. They mastered new professions, improved their skills through courses and
seminars, and demonstrated mass labor heroism in the fields, collective farms, and state farms. Their activities not only ensured
the continuous functioning of the agricultural sector but also contributed to strengthening the socio-economic position of women
in society. The war became an important stage in raising their social status and expanding their public role, laying the foundation
for their future participation in various spheres of public life
