In the territory of Uzbekistan, women's clothes have been made of various types of fabric since ancient times. This situation is
related to the economic and cultural types that exist in the region, the specific character of the area where the population is
located, and the social and household lifestyle of the population. For example, people engaged in animal husbandry made cloth
from wool of sheep, camels and goats. People with a sedentary lifestyle cultivated cotton and reared silkworms. Residents of
these areas made silk and cotton fabrics and sewed clothes. Economic and cultural ties with neighboring regions are also
reflected in clothes. In particular, several types of fabrics were brought and clothes were made from them.
