Strong social protection is necessarily assumed by the state for its people. Undoubtedly, these functions of the state are
strengthened in its laws as an obligation. As we all know, according to the results of the Referendum held on April 30 of this
year, the new revised Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted. Article 1 of the newly revised Constitution of the
Republic of Uzbekistan states that "Uzbekistan is a social and secular state". Also, the continuation of consistent reforms in this
regard was recognized in the main ideas of the "Uzbekistan-2030" strategy. The concept of "social state" is based on the value of
"solidarity". Humans naturally want to live in unity and harmony
