EFFECT OF QUERTSETINE AND DIGIDROQUERTSETINE FLAVONOIDS ON THE ACTIVITY OF ANTIOXIDANT ENZYMES

In this article, the effects of the flavonoids quercetin and dihydroquercetin on the activity of antioxidant enzymes in rat liver
mitochondria were examined in vitro experiments. Experiments 180-200 g. conducted in white male rats. The effect of
dihydroquercetin on catalase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzyme activity and malon aldehyde (MDA) content in rat liver
mitochondria was compared with quercetin flavonoid.
