Deformational transformations of building structures - the problem is far from new. Many works are devoted to its study,
forecasting, and also preventing the further development of deformations. The practice of work on the assessment of the
deformation of high-rise buildings is reduced to a set of geodetic works that allow you to get a three-dimensional model of the
building and track changes in dynamics. The use of these technical means form the basis of the process of evaluating the
deformation parameters and the parameters of the transformation of structures. The nature of the deformation of high-rise
buildings directly depends on the region of location of the object under consideration. Such phenomena are typical for countries
with a sharply continental climate. A striking example of such a country is Uzbekistan.
