BRIEF REVIEWS ON THE FOREIGN ROOTS OF THE SCIENCE FICTION GENRE
This article analyzes the main stages of the formation and development of the science fiction genre in the Western literary process.
It considers the literary and philosophical factors that influenced the emergence of this genre, as well as the work of its first
representatives. In addition, it examines the aesthetic traditions that have formed the basis for the modern development of science
fiction, revealing specific features of the evolution of the genre.
