This study investigates the effect of the pesticide haloxyfop-R-methyl on the histomorphological structure of liver tissue in pregnant
rat embryos. On the 3rd, 13th, and 17th days of gestation, the rats were subjected to a single oral (per os) acute exposure to
haloxyfop-R-methyl pesticide at a dose of 1/10 LD50. On the 21st day of pregnancy, the embryos were isolated from the maternal
organism, and histomorphological changes in the liver tissue were examined. The findings revealed distinct histological and
morphological alterations in the embryonic liver tissue induced by the pesticide.
