This article examines the growth and development characteristics of trees and shrubs in the European, Crimean, and Caucasian
collections of the Tashkent Botanical Garden under introduction conditions. The study analyzes morphological, phenological, and
physiological changes in species such as Quercus robur, Tilia cordata, Acer platanoides, Fraxinus excelsior, Pinus nigra, Fagus
orientalis, and Carpinus orientalis. The paper compares the climatic conditions of the natural habitats of these species (Europe,
Crimea, and the Caucasus) with the sharply continental climate of Tashkent. The results show that under Tashkent conditions, the
main limiting environmental factors are low precipitation, high summer temperatures, and low relative humidity.
