This article examines the impact of climate change on soil and vegetation cover in the Fergana region through an integrated
analytical approach. The study is based on meteorological data collected between 2021 and 2025, including air temperature,
precipitation, humidity, and wind speed, which were systematically analyzed to assess their influence on regional landscape
dynamics. In addition, landscape-meliorative mapping and remote sensing techniques were employed, particularly using NDVI
(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), to evaluate vegetation cover conditions and their temporal changes. The results indicate
that variability in climatic parameters, especially fluctuations in precipitation and temperature, significantly affects soil moisture
regimes and vegetation growth processes.
