LANDSCAPE STRUCTURE AND CLIMATIC FOUNDATIONS OF THE LOWER ZERAFSHAN NATURAL GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRICT

This article analyzes the landscape structure and climatic foundations of the Lower Zerafshan Natural Geographical District. The
geographical location, relief, soil and vegetation cover of the region, as well as the climatic factors influencing the formation of
natural landscapes, are examined. Particular attention is paid to the role of temperature, precipitation, wind regime, and arid climatic
conditions in landscape development. The results of the study contribute to the scientific assessment of the natural-geographical
characteristics of the Lower Zerafshan region and provide a basis for the rational use of its natural resources.
