STYLISTIC FEATURES OF SYNONYMS IN ENGLISH AND UZBEKISTAN
The article examines the stylistic features of synonymy in the Uzbek and English languages. Synonyms play a crucial role in the
language system, enhancing the expressiveness and emotional impact of speech. Using examples from Uzbek and English, the stylistic
functions of synonyms, their areas of application, and their roles in speech styles are analyzed. The pragmatic significance of stylistic
synonyms is also discussed in the article.
