INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE APPLICATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN COMBATING CORRUPTION
This article examines the international legal aspects of the application of digital technologies in combating corruption. It analyzes the role
of e-government, artificial intelligence (AI), Big Data, blockchain technology, and digital registries in preventing, detecting, and
investigating corruption-related offenses. The study argues that digitalization enhances transparency, accountability, and efficiency in
public administration. International experience demonstrates that the effectiveness of digital technologies depends on the national legal
framework, institutional capacity, and the level of digital infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to the recognition of electronic evidence,
the strengthening of cybersecurity, and the development of interagency information exchange as key priorities of international legal
regulation. The article concludes that digital technologies constitute an important tool for improving anti-corruption efforts when
implemented in accordance with international standards and supported by institutional reforms.
