human capital. In the context of globalization, the level of professional training of specialists should be based not only on theoretical
knowledge but also on practical skills. Therefore, the implementation of individual approach principles in the educational process
has become one of the most relevant issues. Individual learning pathways expand educational opportunities by taking into account
students’ personal abilities, interests, and needs. This study analyzes the role and importance of individual educational trajectories
in improving the quality of professional training. It also provides a scientific justification for the effectiveness of an individual
approach in developing students’ intellectual abilities, independent thinking, and professional competencies. The research
