The article presents data on the study, in laboratory conditions, of the germination of seeds of plants Lycuim ruthenicum, Nitraria schoberi and Atriplex pratovii, common in the Aralkum region, depending on their shelf life and temperature factor. It has been shown that as the storage period of seeds increases, the intensity of their germination decreases. The optimal germination temperature for seeds of is +25-270С; at this temperature level their germination is higher than at +18-200С. It has been established that the germination of plant seeds decreases from year to year.
