GEOLOGICAL AND HYDROGEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF POTENTIAL SOURCES OF GROUNDWATER POLLUTION (SAMARKAND REGION)

The authors of the article consider the geological, hydrogeological conditions of groundwater pollution sources in the Samarkand region, analyze the structure of the economic activity of the region and its components. The hydrodynamic and hydrochemical regimes of groundwater at group water intakes of deposits have been studied. The degree and features of the impact of economic facilities on groundwater are assessed. The transformation of the qualitative characteristics of groundwater will make it possible to adjust economic activities in a timely manner, carry out environmental protection measures that ensure reliable protection of waters from pollution.
