This article analyzes the pedaogic conditions for the effective functioning of the internal management model in the development of children's talent in a specialized boarding school. It is also noted that in the development of children's talent in specialized boarding schools, the model of internal management can successfully work and develop under certain conditions, like other pedagogical systems. In addition, it is based on the fact that the existence of conditions constitutes the environment in which it develops, the interpretation of the interdisciplinary category as the attitude of the object to its phenomena surrounding itself, without which it does not exist.
