This article presents an analysis of clinical, biochemical and physiological indicators of the activity of organisms during the recovery period after COVID-19, as well as their health status. When determining the metabolic state during the period of recovery from COVID-19 after the disease, the blood sugar level increased by 10%, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol - LDL cholesterol increased by 1.6 times compared to the control, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol - HDL cholesterol decreased by 1. 5 times compared to control in patients with severe disease.
