This article presents an analysis of the current state of mechanisms for eliminating emergency environmental situations in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study evaluates the legal and organizational framework, rapid response systems, resource allocation, and overall system effectiveness. The findings indicate that while significant improvements have been observed in certain segments, limitations in legislative and operational processes continue to affect system performance. The article provides strategic recommendations for enhancing emergency response mechanisms and ensuring environmental safety.
