The article examines the policy implemented in Uzbekistan in the context of the development of the national education and vocational
training system and the creation of the Third Renaissance foundation, the attitude to the personality of the teacher and the opportunities
created for young people. It is noted that when determining the most priority areas of development, preserving old "casts" artificially
impregnated with politicized science, art, education and enlightenment, the place of original values has retained the influence of old
traditions. A philosophical analysis was carried out in the Republic of the fact that the issues of science, education, school, teacherstudent,
student-specialist have become one of the priorities of state policy.
