This article presents a comparative-typological analysis of the syntactic valency of Uzbek and English medical terms, including subject, object, and circumstantial valencies. The study examines the syntactic structure of medical terms, their role in word combinations and sentence structures, as well as the system of syntactic connections and semantic relationships. The valency models of Uzbek and English medical terms are compared, and their positions in semantic-syntactic structures are determined.
