THE ROLE OF PAREMIOLOGICAL UNITS IN EXPRESSING THE OPPOSITION “NEAR – FAR” IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LANGUAGES
This article analyzes the expression of the opposition "near – far" in English and Uzbek folk proverbs and sayings. It reveals the culturalphilosophical, semantic, and communicative aspects of paremiological units. Through the analysis of selected examples, the article explores the essence of these paremiological units and the folk wisdom reflected in them.
