It is difficult to imagine today without information and communication technologies (ICT). After all, these technologies have changed our ability to communicate through various communication systems and our ideas about the methods of obtaining information in a short period of time. Currently, ICT is widely used in all spheres of social life - in public administration, economy, medicine, education, science and culture, everyday life and other areas. From this point of view, it is no exaggeration to say that no country can successfully develop socio-economically without developing ICT. The article discusses these issues.
