This scientific article is devoted to the study of measures to promote the ideas of Marxism-Leninism and strengthen the material and technical base in secondary educational institutions in Surkhandarya region during 1920-1991. The article analyzes the integration of the ideology of Marxism-Leninism into the education system in Surkhandarya, its inclusion in curricula and textbooks, the process of teacher training, and measures taken to develop the material and technical base of educational institutions. The article examines how the ideas of Marxism-Leninism entered the education system in Surkhandarya during 1920-1991 and its results. The study analyzes the role and significance of the ideas of Marxism-Leninism in the development of the education system and material and technical base, based on statistical data, historical facts, and scientific sources.
